With This I Am Free

Forlorn I had become in my solitude,

For too long, I bathed in my wretched skin,

Akin, perhaps to my decaying soul

Of rot and sin that grew within.

For years, I longed to break my withered cocoon,

That embalmed me in a tethered tomb.

Like Pentawere, I bear deceit’s decree,

I yearn to shed the skin that ensnares me.

embo, embo, embo I thirst

Alas, all is not lost, for Hathor’s chalice awaits me

Tis in the distance, it chimes with glee,

Her celestial spirits chant in divine matrimony

As I drown in the crimson elixir

Fiery, ethereal ecstasy

The chastity of its alchemy!

I am renewed, Phoenix ablaze!
